Reluctant to leave my grandmother in the hands of a stranger I did my research and came across Caring People. I was introduced by the manager Cristina who thoroughly explained the services offered and the options that would best suit my grandmother. With all the requested I commanded, one of which was to have a Spanish speaking aide Cristina made sure to provide my family and I with nothing but the best. We had the honor of meeting Carmine Tavares the aide who would be assisting my grandmother. She embraced her with such love and care 4months later my grandmother and her have built an incredible bond in such little time, even on her days off she makes sure my grandmother is ok. There was one incident were my grandmother had to experience another aide in which had to leave for a certain time while my gma was still being attended at a appointment right downstairs from the Bronx location, Cristina the manager went out her way to make sure my grandmother was put in an Uber and safely arrived at her home. Even with these hard times Cristina and Carmine have reached out to us to make sure my grandmother has been keeping safe and or offering a hand. I must say as reluctant as I was Caring People by far have shown the true definition of what is it to care for the people. I have recommended these service to plenty around. I would like to say thank to the team especially Cristina and Carmine for such great work on and off the clock.Thank you.
