Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Registered Nurse (RN) responsibilities:
- Provide nursing services in accordance with agency policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate and legible clinical records and document outcomes of interventions
- Administer medications, would care, and other personalized interventions
- Assist and educate clients to be self-sufficient in their personal health care and teach appropriate self-care techniques
