Thank you Kim for all of your help. Kim was amazing with scheduling and selecting the companion. She also followed-up with me to make sure I was satisfied and comfortable which I always was. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I called Kim on a Friday night for 24 hour aides, starting that night and for the next several weeks. Amazingly, she was able to fill the request. I was grateful and so pleased.The aides themselves were very caring and took very good care of my mom. There was nothing more that I could ask for.
